Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you're wearing. If something's not right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Personalized or custom items, and any items marked non-returnable at checkout, are also excluded. Reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you actually want: return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd rather have.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements above apply — unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still don't see it, contact us at hello@shopshroud.com.
